A brand new opening looking to start with a bang after the quick succes of our takeaway, Dough Brighouse. We’re on the look out for a hungry, talented individual to get this up and running.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building your own team. We think its important for you to have your own impact.
• Creating a relaxed enjoyable atmosphere
• Staff training
• Managing stock levels and assisting with inventory and ordering.
• Contributing ideas, one team one dream
• Working closely with the head chef to build a strong leadership group.
• Managing reservations, seating flow, and service timing.
• Handling guest feedback and resolving complaints professionally.
• Creating staff rotas and shift schedules to control labor costs.
• Resolving conflicts and coaching employees for better performance.
• Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and reducing waste.
• Monitoring inventory levels, ordering food and supplies, and dealing with vendors.Analyzing sales reports and finding ways to increase profiits
• Maintaining facility safety for both workers and patrons

Operational times are favorable with 3 evenings and 2 all day shifts, closed monday and Tuesdays.
