Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee our dining operations at Sandford Springs Hotel and Golf Club.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while developing the team to ensure our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
• Train staff on service excellence, menu offerings, and food safety practices.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure quality food production and presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
• Culinary knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
