We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who leads by example — someone who knows how to bring out the best in their team, read the rhythm of a busy floor, and make guests feel right at home.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily service with calm confidence and attention to detail
• Lead, train, and inspire a motivated front-of-house team
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar to deliver seamless experiences
• Manage rostering, service standards, and day-end procedures
• Take pride in upholding the quality and consistency Searock is known for

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who thrives in a busy, high-quality environment — organised, hands-on, and approachable.
You’ve managed or supervised a restaurant before and understand that great hospitality is about teamwork, timing, and genuine care.

• Minimum 4 years in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of food, wine, and modern service standards
• RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
