About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at Culture Bistro Corp. in NS Amoranto, Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations and success of our restaurant. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, and creating a welcoming environment for both our guests and staff. This role is integral to achieving our business objectives and delivering the outstanding hospitality experience that defines Culture Bistro Corp.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling
• Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer flow to optimize the dining experience
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs to maintain profitability targets
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient service delivery
• Conduct staff performance reviews and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Manage budget planning, financial reporting, and cash handling procedures
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and equipment maintenance standards
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager for at least 2 years, or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry

• Good Attitude and a pleasing personality

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial control

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically

• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety standards

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges

• Flexibility to work shifting schedules, weekends, overtime, and public holidays as required
