Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

Wingbay is seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, support team performance, maintain service standards, and help create a positive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
• Lead, train, and support restaurant team members.
• Create staff schedules and coordinate shift coverage.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, and order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and supply management.
• Handle customer questions, feedback, and service concerns professionally.
• Monitor cash handling, POS procedures, and daily restaurant records.
• Ensure employees follow food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Help control labor, food, and operating costs.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
• Lead the team during busy service periods and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Experience with POS systems and basic cash management.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to make decisions independently.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
