Restaurant Manager

Kyoto Sushi is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and support a high standard of guest service. This role involves coordinating staff, managing daily workflow, monitoring service quality, assisting with customer needs, and helping maintain an efficient and welcoming restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service activities
• Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and daily workflow
• Lead and support front-of-house and restaurant team members
• Monitor service quality, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction
• Assist with employee training, onboarding, and ongoing coaching
• Respond to customer questions and service concerns professionally
• Coordinate communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and restocking requirements
• Help maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked restaurant areas
• Support POS, cash-handling, and daily operational procedures
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant service standards
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Communicate operational needs and service issues to management

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, food-service, or customer-service experience
• Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and daily responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory, and restaurant procedures is helpful
• Ability to work effectively with kitchen, service, and management teams

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
