Restaurant Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address customer complaints effectively.
• Monitor food presentation, portion control, and service quality.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and peak hour efficiency.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
• Analyze financial reports and assist in reaching revenue targets.
• Enforce hygiene standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of restaurant operational software (POS, inventory, reservations).
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
