Job Role of Restaurant Manager

• Daily Operations: Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house operations, open and close the venue, and prepare daily shift reports.
• Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule employees. Monitor team performance and handle staff concerns or conflicts professionally.
• Customer Service: Welcome guests, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
• Financial Management: Monitor sales, manage budgets, control labor and food costs, and place inventory orders with vendors.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the venue follows all health, sanitation, safety, and local licensing requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
