About the role

I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving profitability. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing our reputation as a leading establishment in the local hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house activities to deliver a seamless dining experience for customers
2. Oversee the recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management of restaurant staff
3. Monitor and optimise restaurant operations, inventory and financial performance to meet business objectives
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, staff productivity and profitability
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and hygiene regulations
6. Foster a positive, collaborative and customer-focused culture within the restaurant team
7. Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

What we're looking for

1. Extensive experience (2+) as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role in a known fast food chain company
2. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing the full scope of restaurant operations
3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
4. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
5. Proficient in inventory management, cost control and financial reporting
6. Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations in the hospitality industry
7. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
