Restaurant Manager

Job Summary
Burger Theory is seeking an experienced and organized Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, support the restaurant team, maintain food and service standards, and deliver a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and shift performance.
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant team members.
• Prepare schedules and coordinate employee coverage.
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and routine ordering.
• Help monitor labor costs and minimize food waste.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally.
• Ensure proper POS, cash-handling, and closing procedures.
• Maintain food-safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee coaching.
• Coordinate communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Support the team during high-volume shifts and special events.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-service focused and professional.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, inventory, and restaurant operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
