Duties

• Supervise all restaurant activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Lead and motivate staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and support personnel
• Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to guarantee quality and compliance
• Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies, minimizing waste and controlling costs
• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, menu offerings, and special requests
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in accordance with health regulations and hospitality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within hospitality or food service environments
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and culinary practices
• Experience bartending or bar management is highly desirable
• Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead diverse staff effectively
• Familiarity with food safety standards and food production processes
• Excellent communication skills coupled with leadership qualities to inspire your team
• Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is a plus but not mandatory
