Restaurant Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant and kitchen, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Assist with hiring and training
• FOH and BOH Scheduling
• Supervise kitchen and bar operations, ensuring quality food preparation and presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
• Create and promote specials
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively to ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements

• Leadership experience in food service or restaurant setting
• Knowledge of food handling practices and general understanding of kitchen management
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Schedule - 5 days per week (Sundays always off, other day off Mon or Wed); hours are typically 2:30-10:30pm with some flexibility
• A passion for the food industry with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and a strong focus on oversight of kitchen operations

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience
• Driver's License
• RAMP and ServSafe required within 1 month of hire. We are happy to provide training for certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
