What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- With 3–5 years of experience in restaurant, café, food service, or related operations, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.
- Proven experience in managing overall restaurant operations, including service, kitchen, staffing, inventory, and customer experience.
- Strong knowledge of sales management, budgeting, cost control, and profit and loss (P&L) management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, motivate, and develop supervisors and team members.
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills, manpower, financial, and marketing plans.
- Familiar with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, security procedures, and company policies.
- Results-oriented, organized, and able to make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
