Restaurant Manager

Job Title: Night Shift Manager
Shift: Nights only (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM and 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Availability Requirement: Must be available for all night closing shifts

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Night Shift Manager to oversee evening and late-night operations, lead staff, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, cash handling skills, and proven restaurant management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support staff during night and late-night shifts
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations during closing hours
• Handle cash, close registers, and complete nightly financial reports
• Maintain high standards of customer service and food quality
• Manage shift scheduling, breaks, and coverage as needed
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Resolve customer concerns and employee issues professionally
• Ensure proper closing procedures and cleanliness standards are met

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong cash handling and closing experience
• Previous restaurant experience required
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to work nights only, including closing shifts (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM and 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with POS systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Pay: $36,400.00 - $56,257.42 per year
