Restaurant Manager – Full Service Restaurant
Location: Augusta, Georgia

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager with open availability to oversee day-to-day operations in our busy, full-service restaurant. Nights & Weekends are must.

Responsibilities

Manage all areas of the restaurant, including FOH, BOH, and bar operations

Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service,

Oversee food preparation, portion control, and presentation to maintain consistency and quality (Follow recipes and ensure kitchen staff adhere to them)

ServSafe Certification is required (or must be obtained immediately); Ensure compliance with all sanitation, health, and safety regulations

Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally

Perform line cooking, prep work, and other kitchen duties as needed

Need to be able to take inventory and orders; pricing and dealing with salesmen

Requirements

Previous experience as a Manager, Assistant Manager and/or Kitchen Manager; minimum of 5 years.

A background check will be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
