What you’ll do

• Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage inventory control to minimize waste and optimize food production.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Implement food safety protocols to maintain compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and development
