Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Handle staff scheduling and daily operations
• Manage inventory, stock, and wastage
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
• Support sales and achieve operational targets

Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in restaurant/hospitality management preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations
• Ability to manage staff and work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, organized, and customer-focused
