Restaurant Manager

Home Restaurant is seeking a dependable and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and support the service team. This role involves coordinating staff, maintaining food and service standards, assisting guests, monitoring supplies, and helping ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest-service activities.
• Coordinate staff assignments, shift schedules, and service workflow.
• Support, guide, and communicate with front-of-house and kitchen team members.
• Maintain consistent standards for food quality, order accuracy, and customer service.
• Assist with employee training, onboarding, and day-to-day coaching.
• Welcome guests and address routine customer questions or service concerns professionally.
• Help coordinate seating, customer flow, and order-related needs.
• Monitor restaurant inventory, supplies, and restocking requirements.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and organizing food-service and operational supplies.
• Support POS operations, cash-handling procedures, and daily sales activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and service areas.
• Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists.
• Communicate staffing, supply, and operational needs to restaurant leadership.
• Help ensure compliance with food-safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Assist with resolving routine operational issues to support efficient service.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, food-service, or customer-service experience.
• Previous supervisory, shift-lead, or restaurant management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility for daily operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy restaurant environment.
• Good attention to service quality, cleanliness, and operational details.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory procedures, and restaurant operations.
• Ability to train, support, and work effectively with team members.
• Professional and respectful approach to guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to follow company policies and applicable food-safety requirements.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
