Restaurant Manager

Duties will include:

· Manage and implement all staff rosters to ensure the restaurant operates in an efficient and cost efficient manner

· Ensure that in-house control systems/audit requirements are adhered to

· Manage monthly stock takes and review results and variances with relevant departments

· Recruit, select and trin employees to the agreed staff levels using company recruitment methods

· Understand relevant Health and Safety legislation and Food Hygiene requirement and their implications on the business, taking action as required

· Work closed with the chef to ensure a seamless operation

· Design and updating menus in consultation with Chef

· Plan and organizing promotional activities and marketing

· Control and monitor all wastage, breakage and keep within budgeting set for ordering

· Ensure all customer requests and feedback, both verbal and written, are responded to promptly and efficiently

Skills and Experience:

· AQF Diploma or above Qualification, or at least two years of relevant work experience

· Good communication skills Mandarin / Malay preferred and hand-on attitude

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

• Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (Preferred)

• Restaurant management: 2 years (Preferred)
