Bar Gigi is a modern Italian restaurant celebrating the best of local produce, Italian ingredients, and traditional techniques. Everything we serve is made from scratch, and our carefully curated wine list features bottles from independent vineyards across Italy and beyond.

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our passionate front of house team and help us grow our business, including developing our dedicated wine cellar as a hub for private dining and events.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire the front of house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Understand and manage guest expectations, building lasting relationships with regulars
• Maintain a strong floor presence, ensuring smooth, professional service at all times
• Learn guests’ preferences and ordering habits to personalise their experience
• Manage financial targets, cost control, and staff rotas effectively
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices
• Build relationships and develop new opportunities for events and partnerships

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a manager or team leader in a high end or similar restaurant environment
• A natural leader who motivates and supports their team
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem solving skills
• Deep understanding of guest service and hospitality standards
• Passion for great food, wine, and creating memorable dining experiences
