Restaurant Manager

We’re looking for someone who understands that running a great restaurant is not just about keeping operations moving.

It’s about the floor.

How guests are welcomed.

How quickly the team notices things.

How smoothly a busy service runs.

How complaints are handled.

How clean the restaurant feels.

How well the kitchen and service teams communicate.

And whether people leave wanting to come back.

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who can own the day-to-day restaurant experience at The Fresh Factory.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and training the service team

• Owning guest experience and service standards

• Running smooth opening, service and closing operations

• Coordinating closely with the kitchen, barista and retail teams

• Handling guest feedback and service recovery

• Maintaining hygiene, grooming and restaurant standards

• Tracking daily sales, covers, average bill value and other operating metrics
