Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to ensure top performance.
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold quality standards.
• Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies.
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain rigorous standards for food handling and sanitation.
• Supervise shift management by coordinating schedules, managing customer flow, and resolving any operational issues promptly.
• Analyze profit and loss reports to optimize costs, increase revenue opportunities, and improve overall profitability.
• Implement staff training programs focused on customer service excellence, food safety management, and team development.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and motivation to achieve restaurant goals.
• Maintain a vibrant atmosphere that emphasizes hospitality, casual dining experience, or fine dining standards as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or similar food industry roles with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management; culinary experience is highly valued.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient cash handling skills required.
• Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis to drive financial success.
• Excellent managerial communication skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, team leadership, and managing hospitality teams.
• Knowledge of food safety management practices along with certifications in food handling or safety preferred.
• Experience working in casual dining or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
