Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in a casual dining, quick service, or Japanese restaurant concept.
• Proven experience in leading restaurant operations, managing teams, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, food safety, sanitation, inventory management, and cost control.
• Knowledgeable in food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and local health and sanitation regulations.
• Experience in staff scheduling, manpower planning, performance management, coaching, and employee development.
• Proficient in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of financial reports, sales analysis, budgeting, labor cost management, and profit and loss (P&L) statements.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business operations require.
• Willing to be assigned or transferred to any Makimura Ramen Corp. branch nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational goals and maintain company standards.
• Ensure consistent compliance with Makimura Ramen Corp.'s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
• Monitor restaurant sales, labor costs, food costs, inventory levels, and operational expenses to achieve financial targets.
• Prepare staff work schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and oversee proper receiving, storage, and usage of supplies and products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, occupational safety, and government regulatory requirements.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Human Resources on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance evaluations.
• Work closely with the Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, and Quality Assurance Departments to support operational needs.
• Analyze sales performance and implement action plans to improve revenue, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
• Submit accurate operational reports, sales reports, inventory reports, incident reports, and other required documentation to management.
