Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

Papa Joe's Restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and support a high standard of guest service, food quality, and team performance. The manager will work closely with both front-of-house and kitchen staff to maintain efficient service and a welcoming restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service.
• Lead, train, schedule, and support restaurant employees.
• Maintain food quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and operating costs.
• Handle guest questions and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen activities during busy shifts.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Communicate operational needs and performance updates to ownership.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
• Excellent customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and team-building skills.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
