Restaurant Manager

Hudson House is seeking an experienced and dependable Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and support a high standard of guest service. This role involves coordinating staff, monitoring service and food quality, assisting with customer needs, managing supplies, and helping ensure efficient operations throughout each shift. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable leading a restaurant team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service activities.
• Coordinate staff assignments and workflow throughout each shift.
• Support, guide, and communicate with front-of-house and kitchen team members.
• Monitor guest service, order accuracy, food quality, and overall service standards.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching of new and existing team members.
• Handle routine customer questions, requests, and service concerns professionally.
• Monitor restaurant inventory, food supplies, beverages, and service items.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, organizing, and restocking supplies.
• Support POS operations and routine cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and service areas.
• Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists.
• Help maintain efficient customer and order flow during busy service periods.
• Communicate staffing, supply, and operational needs to management.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, workplace, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, food-service, or customer-service management experience.
• Previous supervisory, shift-lead, or restaurant management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility for daily operations.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good attention to food quality, cleanliness, and service details.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory procedures, and restaurant operations.
• Able to train, support, and work effectively with a restaurant team.
• Professional and respectful approach to guests and coworkers.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
