Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain food quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Manage, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Monitor sales, inventory, stock, and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare and submit required reports.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure the restaurant consistently meets its operational and sales targets.

Requirements:

• HND/Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
• 2+ years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

SALARY - 150,000
