Restaurant Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Manage daily opening and closing procedures, shift execution, and guest flow during peak and off-peak hours.
• Roastery & Coffee Quality: Monitor coffee bean freshness, brewing precision, and taste standards in coordination with the head roaster and baristas.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, focusing on specialty coffee education, customer service excellence, and low turnover.
• Financial Management: Control labor and food costs, track profit margins, manage budgets, and meet daily sales goals.
• Inventory Control: Monitor retail coffee stock, raw materials, and packaging supplies while minimizing waste.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to local health, food safety, and hygiene regulations.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in F&B management, specifically within high-volume specialty cafes or roasteries.
• Coffee Knowledge: Deep understanding of green beans, roasting profiles, brew methods, and equipment maintenance.
• Skills: Strong financial acumen, staff leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications: Valid local food handler or hygiene safety badge.

Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
