Responsibilities:

• Maintain SOP concerning sales and expenses
• Lead by example and create an environment where all our team of memorymakers flourish and grow
• Ensure new team members are properly onboarded, recruit, Hire and trained
• Involvement in beverage purchasing to ensure we meet our budget goals
• Oversee overall staffing to ensure we meet our payroll goals
• Oversee and maintain all company policies
• Floor presence during shift
