Restaurant Manager

1. Manages day-to-day restaurant operations, including human resources, facilities, and support services.

2. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with community organizations. Represents the organization at various community and/or meetings.

3. Participates in the development and implementation of program policies and procedures to ensure efficient execution of plans and programs.

4. Provides suggestion and assistance to the GM in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems, and organizational procedures.

5. Oversees the supervision of personnel including work allocation, training, problem resolution, and all employee grievances. Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.

6. Consulting with staff and the management team to maintain organization and effective team communication

Job Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any four year course

2. With atleast 5 yrs overall experience in Restaurant Operations covering Financials, Human Resources, Purchasing, Repairs and Maintenance, Sales & Marketing and Operations.

3. Willing to work at Metro Manila

4. Must be available to start ASAP

• Certification or thorough knowledge and experience in:

a. Quality standards

b. GMP

c. ServSafe

d. HACCP

e. FDA regulations for the food industry

f. Food Safety, Sanitation and Hygiene principles

g. Food Industry Managerial skills

• Can start ASAP.
• With Japanese Resto Experience is an advantage.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
