We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. Position Summary

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations while helping lead and develop a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader with strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
• Lead daily restaurant operations, including service, food quality, and sanitation standards
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment built on teamwork and accountability
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and professionally resolve guest concerns
• Manage labor, food cost, and operational budgets to achieve financial goals
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Support and coach team members to drive performance and growth
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain company standards and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Restaurant Management experience in upscale dining or fine dining
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Proven ability to manage restaurant financials, including labor and food cost controls
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
