Restaurant Manager

• Operations Management: Oversee daily Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) activities, ensuring smooth service flows, opening/closing procedures, and adherence to brand standards. [1, 2]
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise floor staff, waiters, and shift supervisors; manage scheduling and foster a positive work environment. [1]
• Financial & Inventory Oversight: Manage restaurant budgets, control operational costs, drive revenue, and monitor inventory levels and procurement procedures. [1, 2]
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Uphold stringent food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI regulations alongside health and cleanliness standards. [1]
• Guest Relations: Greet high-profile guests, resolve customer complaints swiftly, and ensure memorable dining experiences. [1]

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 10+ years of managerial experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry. [1]
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (HHA / HM) is preferred for premium outlets, though practical experience is heavily valued in casual dining.
• Key Skills: Proficiency in restaurant POS/billing software, strong communication skills, deep menu and beverage knowledge, and crisis management. [1]

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
