Duties

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a motivated and efficient workforce
• Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations to ensure quality standards are consistently met while maintaining food safety protocols
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
• Utilize POS systems for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling with accuracy and integrity
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures across all restaurant areas
• Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff effectively to meet customer demand during peak hours
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience
• Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to enhance team performance
• Analyze profit and loss statements regularly to identify opportunities for growth and cost control
• Support catering events or banquet services as needed to expand revenue streams

Experience

• Proven management experience within the food service industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants with casual or fine dining environments
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary standards
• Hands-on experience with POS systems for sales transactions and reporting
• Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety management practices
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing hospitality teams, supervising staff training & development, and conducting interviews
• Background in managing restaurant operations including shift management, cash handling, and customer service excellence
• Familiarity with catering and banquet operations is a plus
• Excellent communication skills suitable for managerial roles in hospitality settings
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for financial transactions and inventory management
