Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage, supervise, and train restaurant staff, including waiters, chefs and kitchen assistants.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and food purchasing to minimize wastage.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance and performance.
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, cash handling and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and municipality requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and maintain good business relationships.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized and well maintained.
• Implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction and restaurant profitability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Good leadership, communication and staff management skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Experience in inventory management, budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Good English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UAE restaurant operations and municipality requirements is preferred.
