Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager to help lead our team! In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and drive overall profitability. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including training.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions, timely food preparation, and excellent customer service
• Utilize POS systems ( Aloha POS) for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
• Enforce food safety standards and sanitation protocols in compliance with local health regulations
• Conduct staff training on food preparation techniques, customer service excellence, and safety procedures
• Supervise shift management duties such as managing customer complaints and ensuring operational consistency

Skills

• Experience in food service management within casual dining or quick service environments
• Knowledge of POS systems; proficient in cash handling and financial reconciliation
• Understanding of food safety management practices and food handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage managerial responsibilities such as team leadership and conflict resolution
• Skilled in managing hospitality teams with a focus on customer service excellence and operational efficiency
