Restaurant Manager

Storming Crab in Knoxville, TN is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team, strengthen daily operations, and help shape an outstanding guest and employee experience.

What You’ll Do

● Lead daily restaurant operations across both front-of-house and kitchen teams ● Set clear expectations, coach team members, and recognize strong performance ● Hire, train, schedule, and develop employees to build a reliable, capable team ● Create a welcoming, professional workplace where employees can succeed ● Deliver excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns with care and professionalism ● Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service ● Monitor labor costs, food costs, inventory, and waste while identifying opportunities to improve results ● Partner with the team to improve service, sales, efficiency, and overall restaurant profitability ● Ensure consistent opening, closing, staffing, and operational procedures ● Support employee performance and accountability through regular coaching and follow-through ● Lead by example and contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

● Previous restaurant management experience required ● A confident, approachable leadership style and a genuine interest in developing people ● Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills ● Experience with scheduling, inventory, labor control, and food cost management ● A guest-focused mindset and the ability to handle concerns professionally ● Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and stays calm in a busy environment ● Ability to work collaboratively with both front-of-house and kitchen teams ● Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation & Benefits
