Restaurant Manager – Manor Row

We’re looking for a mature, professional and experienced Restaurant Manager who genuinely enjoys hospitality and thrives in a busy restaurant environment.

The right person will have a minimum of 5 years’ restaurant management experience, ideally with a strong understanding of South Asian/Indian dining.

You’ll need to confidently:

• Lead and manage a team of different ages and experience levels
• Run a busy restaurant floor and remain calm under pressure
• Manage the door, reservations and OpenTable to maximise covers
• Create rotas, delegate responsibilities and manage staffing
• Multitask and solve problems quickly during service
• Maintain excellent customer service and high standards throughout

We want someone hands-on, organised, approachable but firm, who can take ownership of a shift and bring out the best in the team.

Full-time | Bradford | Minimum 5 years’ management experience required

Pay: £450.00-£600.00 per week
