Full-Time Floor Manager – La Porchetta Albury

La Porchetta Albury is looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic and enjoys leading a team while delivering excellent customer service.

As Floor Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, supporting our staff and making sure every customer has a great experience.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the restaurant floor during service

Leading, supporting and motivating front-of-house staff

Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained

Welcoming customers and dealing professionally with customer enquiries

Coordinating table bookings and managing the flow of service

Assisting with staff training and ensuring procedures are followed

Communicating effectively with the kitchen and management team

Monitoring the presentation and cleanliness of the restaurant

Opening and/or closing the restaurant when required

Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally

Helping maintain a positive, organised and friendly workplace

About you

The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality or supervisory role

Have strong leadership and communication skills

Be confident managing a team during busy service periods

Have a genuine passion for customer service

Be organised, reliable and able to work under pressure

Have a positive and professional attitude

Be willing to lead by example and be hands-on when required

Have flexible availability, including evenings, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

Hold an RSA certificate, or be willing to obtain one

Restaurant management or supervisory experience will be highly regarded.
