Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

Dundee Dell is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, support a high-performing team, and maintain a consistently positive guest experience. This hands-on management role will oversee service, staffing, quality, and operational standards while working closely with both front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service execution.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and staffing coordination.
• Maintain standards for food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and presentation.
• Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and daily operating performance.
• Support ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory-control activities.
• Ensure employees follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Manage opening and closing procedures and cash-handling responsibilities.
• Work with kitchen and front-of-house teams to improve service efficiency.
• Provide leadership during busy shifts and step in wherever operational support is needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience training and developing restaurant employees.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of food-safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
