Restaurant Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious restaurant outlet owned and operated by a renowned 5-star luxury resort in Bahrain.

We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, excellent guest service standards, and proven experience in managing successful restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Lead, motivate, train, and supervise the restaurant team
• Maintain exceptional standards of guest service and satisfaction
• Ensure smooth coordination between Front of House and Kitchen operations
• Monitor sales, costs, inventory, staffing, and operational performance
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service quality
• Support revenue growth through effective upselling and operational strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and established 5-star hospitality standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with relevant experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
• Previous experience with a 5-star hotel/resort, luxury restaurant, or premium dining outlet is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory, and guest service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment
• Professional appearance with a guest-focused personality
• Candidates currently available in Bahrain will be given preference
• Immediate or short-notice joiners are preferred
