Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operations and customer service
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of front of house staff to deliver outstanding hospitality
• Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times
• Coordinate bar operations and bartending services to enhance guest experience
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages
• Train staff on food handling, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices
• Maintain a clean, organised bar and dining area that adheres to safety standards
• Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
• Extensive restaurant experience covering serving, and bar services
• Experience in hotel or barista roles is advantageous but not required
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
• Familiarity with food production processes and hospitality industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and guests
