Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano is seeking an energetic and hospitality-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily dining operations and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role will lead front-of-house staff, maintain service standards, support team development, and help manage restaurant costs and resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain high service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop dining room employees.
• Hire and train team members according to company procedures.
• Create staff schedules and coordinate daily floor coverage.
• Monitor food preparation, service quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Interact with guests and promptly resolve questions or service concerns.
• Manage restaurant inventory and coordinate supply orders.
• Monitor labor, food, and operating costs.
• Assist with facility and equipment-related needs.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company policies are consistently followed.
• Work closely with the Chef Partner, Sous Chefs, and other management team members.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Dining Room Manager or similar role in a table-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Current Food Safety and Sanitation certification preferred.
• Alcohol service training/certification preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and busy service periods.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
