Restaurant Manager

Tom's Watch Bar is seeking a dependable and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations while supporting an excellent guest experience. This role involves coordinating staff, maintaining food and beverage service standards, assisting guests, monitoring inventory and supplies, and helping ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout each shift. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills and is comfortable working in a busy sports bar and restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations and guest-service activities.
• Coordinate staff assignments and workflow throughout each shift.
• Support and guide servers, bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and other team members.
• Monitor food quality, beverage service, order accuracy, cleanliness, and customer-service standards.
• Assist with employee training, onboarding, and day-to-day coaching.
• Handle routine guest questions, requests, and service concerns professionally.
• Monitor food, beverage, packaging, and restaurant supply levels.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, organizing, and restocking supplies.
• Support POS operations and routine cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining, bar, kitchen, and service areas.
• Help maintain efficient guest and order flow during busy service periods.
• Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists.
• Communicate staffing, inventory, supply, and operational needs to management.
• Help maintain a positive and professional team environment.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, workplace, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, sports bar, hospitality, or food-service experience.
• Previous supervisory, shift-lead, or restaurant management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment.
• Good attention to food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, and operational details.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory procedures, and restaurant operations is helpful.
• Able to train, support, and work effectively with a diverse restaurant team.
• Professional and respectful approach to guests and coworkers.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
