I am currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a renowned hospitality destination in the heart of The Burren, Co. Clare . This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional guest service, and a solid knowledge of wine and food service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant
• Manage, train, and develop the front-of-house team
• Ensure high standards of guest service and operational excellence
• Work closely with the Head Chef and management team
• Manage reservations, staffing, and guest relations
• Support budgeting, stock control, and financial performance
• Oversee and develop the restaurant's wine programme, including wine service, food pairing, and inventory management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior supervisory role
• Strong wine knowledge and experience in wine service
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences

Desirable:

• WSET Level 2 or 3
• Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or Michelin-recognised establishments

Package

• €40,000 - €44,000 DOE
