Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

Franklin Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead front-of-house and management teams, maintain service standards, and ensure an excellent guest experience. The manager will help coordinate staffing, inventory, purchasing, food quality, cleanliness, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service.
• Lead, train, and support restaurant team members.
• Manage staffing and shift coverage according to business needs.
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Use POS and restaurant operating systems effectively.
• Address guest needs and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Monitor labor, sales, purchasing, and operating budgets.
• Coordinate supplies and food needs for private events.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant and corporate management.
• Ensure company policies and applicable regulations are followed.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food-service management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards.
• Ability to organize multiple operational priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and team-building skills.
