WHAT YOU’LL DO

As General Manager, you’ll take ownership of your restaurant and lead your team to success.

You will:

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a winning team
• Create an energetic and positive workplace
• Deliver excellent guest service every day
• Maintain Dunkin’ brand and food safety standards
• Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and daily operations
• Control labor, food costs, and other expenses
• Drive sales, profitability, and store performance
• Recognize great performance and develop future leaders

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• 2+ years of restaurant or quick-service management experience
• Strong leadership and people-development skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A results-driven mindset
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Availability for day shifts and operational needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
