Restaurant Manager

Popping Yolk Cafe in Ontario, CA is currently seeking Store Manager with high energy, enthusiasm, and is excited about the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• 1. Responsible for the service management of the restaurant, standardize the standards of waiters, and provide guests with high-quality services.
• 2. Responsible for the implementation of restaurant service quality and work procedures.
• 3. Check the arrangement of equipment and tableware and its completion every day.
• 4. Check the restaurant business area and supervise the staff to prepare for the meal.
• 5. Manage, recruit and train employees.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Have a flexible schedule. Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Current CA Food Handler's card required
• Friendly, responsible, honest, helpful, dependable & fast learners
• Familiar with the operation of the restaurant
• Strong management ability and sense of responsibility
• Restaurant management experience is preferred Salary:

$5860/month + tip + Bonus
