Restaurant Manager

Element Restaurant and Bar is looking for an assistant floor manager to join our family-owned team. We are located in Stafford Township, just a few minutes from LBI. The ideal candidate would have a passion for hospitality and service. The assistant manager must be able to provide the best experience to customers as well as employees. Please see details below:

• Full-Time Position with pay based on experience
• Kitchen Management experience a plus
• 401k Offered
• 40+ hours, but we value work/life balance
• Weekend and night availability is a must, currently looking to schedule a Fri - Wed position
• Previous restaurant experience is not mandatory, but the candidate must be trainable and hold hospitality in high regard

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
