Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and food production
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Train and develop staff members to provide exceptional service to customers
• Conduct interviews and hire new employees
• Create employee schedules and manage labor costs
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotions

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant management role is not required, but preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
• Proficient in shift management and scheduling
• Knowledge of food production processes
• Experience in interviewing and hiring employees
