Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff
• Maintain excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor sales, inventory, manpower scheduling, and operational performance
• Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and service standards
• Handle customer concerns and operational issues professionally
• Support staff training and team development
• Drive sales growth and achieve operational targets

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations is required
• Customer-service oriented and results-driven
• With good communication skills and pleasing personality
• Knowledgeable in sales, inventory, manpower, and restaurant operations
• Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holiday
