BEKA is looking for a confident, hands-on Restaurant Manager who knows how to lead a team, run a smooth service, and make every guest feel welcome.

We’re a Georgian restaurant in Downtown Hollywood with a strong focus on food, hospitality, and a memorable dining experience. We need a leader who takes ownership, sets clear expectations, and follows through.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations and stay actively involved on the floor.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach servers, bussers, and other front-of-house staff.
• Hold the team accountable for punctuality, assigned duties, and service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to keep orders accurate and service moving.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve problems quickly.
• Manage reservations, seating, and service flow during busy shifts.
• Monitor labor, staffing, inventory, and operating costs.
• Build sales through thoughtful recommendations, staff training, and repeat guest relationships.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, cleanliness, and organization.

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant management experience with responsibility for a team and daily service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A calm, organized approach during busy service.
• The ability to give clear direction, address performance issues, and lead by example.
• Experience with scheduling, labor control, and POS systems; Toast experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of wine and beverage service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
